December 12, 2008 The Wellness Survey is now in its 4 week. This is a 10 week survey that looks at the students' total wellness with the physical, social, and nutritional components. The 5th grade have finished playing 5 Pass football. The 6th grade were working on 5 Pass football and now are starting Flag football. The 8th grade are now finishing the badminton unit and their tournament. The annual obstacle course will be done December 15-19. Heart rate monitering will be done, so ask your child what their target heart rate was. Badminton intramurals started December 8, Mondays and Wednesdays, for any 7th or 8th grader interested in participating after school. Basketball intramurals will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting December 16, for 7th or 8th graders. See Ms. DiMassimo's site for A/B Day schedule for the month.
